is it there any option to do internal stock adjustment like godown, transfer consumable to storage etc

Yes, in Odoo you can do inventory adjustments on each warehouse location provided storage locations are enabled from the inventory settings. However, it is not possible to change a storable product to consumable once it is used in a sale order or purchase order.
