i need to create commission plan for my sales people how do i do it. not partner commission plan.

Currently there is no such feature to add salesperson commission, might need customisation

Hello subcommission plan must be, in the sales order to fill in the referral, Is there any way to bind the partner directly when creating customer A, as long as customer A makes an order, he will automatically distribute the commission to the recommender How can this be achieved

Currently, that feature is not available, it might need customization. Because a customer can referred by multiple people for multiple products. In that case, it is not possible to identify which is the product and who referred are taken into consideration.
