Can confirm, the trucks are scary. Like the trap stone balls in tombs. One like for the video and kudos for the Strava! That's one crazy ride. 🎉

Omg, Zeb is a +5w/kg rider. I just assumed he was a random dude on a bike. Congrats on being one of the fastest bikers on youtube. Bro! You should do those "steep hill" challenges in japan. You would absolutely smash those.

haha, I read this comment to Zeb and it totally made his day - you're right, he's super strong! He's been training a lot over the years, mostly for road racing but has tried a couple hill climbs here in Japan. I made a video about one of them from last year if you want to see: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqjSf5-aqN2al9k Thanks for your nice words!

Thank you for the amazing video! Not only is your determination to take on a 500km ride in a single day impressive, but I could also tell you put a lot of time into planning such a great route. I love touring on my road bike as well, and I recently moved from Tokyo to Mie because of my passion for it. This area is truly exciting and fuels my sense of adventure. Please continue to enjoy your rides while staying safe!

Huge achievement! I've done some 200km rides in Japan and was hoping to get 300 at some point. What was your training plan leading up to the ride?
@AnniewhereAndEverywhere2 ай бұрын
200km is a huge achievement too! Zeb would have to share his specifics but it seems like his main plan was just riding a lot, haha. In the leadup to that he was averaging 15-20 hours on the bike per week - his strava profile is www.strava.com/athletes/377840 😀
@kuri80156 ай бұрын
Wow! My summer ride is planned to be 1,300km... Zeb would do it in 2.5 days rather than the eight days that I've planned.
@AnniewhereAndEverywhere6 ай бұрын
Haha, I don’t think he would want to do such mega days back to back 😂 8 days seems much more reasonable! That’s a huge distance, hope you have a great time!

What's next? the PBP?
@AnniewhereAndEverywhere6 ай бұрын
I had to google what the PBP is but it looks really cool! Talk about a crazy long distance though haha - maybe Zeb would be interested, I don't think he's sure what's next either!
