@patagonico197 Never mind what other people think, they can lead their lives as boring as they want, you just go for it! If ever you have any doubts or worries about anything that you'd like to do, JUST DO IT, then you'll find out whether it was worth worrying about! It mostly always isn't 😁 Once you've completed your first adventure, you'll wonder just what it was that you were worried about! Life is too short to wait for the 'perfect' moment. All the best 👍

These videos are great if they inspire you, creating the crtical nudge, tipping point for you get your dream going... However, to get the fullest experience, just ride. Dont film, communicate, or approach your first journey unless your certain youre going to do it again. Never miss the first opportunity to be fully present for the entire ride. (This comment was inspired hy meeting Doug Green,, a man I met who was on one of his many rides across the USA and took the time to talk to a total stranger, me. Doug doesnt bring a cell phone, use a GPS, etc. he uses the stars and the sun for directions. Told me, "nah, i stay outside, a hotel? Heck thats a set of tires"... if youre reading this Doug, thank you.

You can use it for offline navigation, and it has loads of details about what to expect for each leg of your trip including camp sites and lodging, resupply points, road conditions, etc. Hope this was helpful! How much weight were you carrying that it kept ruining your tyres? I thought the max weight of your average adult bike was about 240lbs? You don't look anywhere near heavy enough to break a bike with that weight!
@alchemylab-media3 ай бұрын
It was more the uneven distribution of weight. I had most of my gear over the rear tire. Yes most wheels are designed for 240 lbs, but only with even distribution of weight :)
