That was really interesting. That seems to be the nicest Greenway so far. Lots of development and intriguing views and vistas. Some of the underpasses seemed awfully low. Like you had to duck down for that really low one. Gord

It’s a newer one, it’s a lot more “urban” for the typical trail. Most of them you can’t even tell you’re In the city because of the heavy tree cover. This one is wide open next to the drainage ditch. The underpasses on this one are pretty low. I think it was like a 6’ 7” clearance for a few, very low.

@@cyclingtexas1670 Thanks for the additional info. Yeah... that's really low. Could be a safety issue for anyone standing up on their pedals and not paying attention for some reason. Gord

@@gorrdd definitely, if you’re not paying attention and you’re tall it could be game over especially without a helmet.

@@cyclingtexas1670 What will likely happen is that someone of influence will complain and then they will dig up the pavement and excavate it several feet lower and repave with new concrete.

Apache with the Zarzamora creek trail makes for a nice ride however the trail is lacking a true start point. As the San Pedro (still under construction) Apache, and Azltan creek trails nearly connect together.

They are all interconnected. A good start point would be Concepcion Park or Confluence Park. The portion of San Pedro Creek under construction is a new spur to Downtown from the existing San Pedro Creek Greenway.
