I think it is Can Quel in Ullastret, if you are referring to the one by the castle? Beautiful place to stop, would be hard to find a nicer little village .

Absolutely right Mike, someone is a local ;) It’s a great little stop. No sunshine where the seating is hence we moved over to castle!
