Awesome! I was really digging the whole thing - depth, color, shadows, heights, colors, perceptions. I don't know if this is what they call, "digital" art but showing this as a whole, from beginning to end, opens up a brand new world of art to those with no depth perception, and other finite imperfections that make art with pen and paper, etc., et al, virtually impossible instead of a virtual reality. Geevns The effort is very good. I felt that while the rider is riding the bicycle under water, the water must be wrinkled instead of plain and calm and the shadow affect under water is no correct. Secondly, he is riding the cycle in a storm or heavy wind hence the rider should also face and feel the wind affect.

You did 1 error, when someone is riding a bicycle under water and when lifting the left leg he splashes water a little so you could see like droplets of water in the air and the water near his knee would be disturbed not calm like in the picture you did, he is already in motion thus lifting his leg would splash a little water, it is not very important but it is what makes it realistic and people gasp in awe :)

This guy has some sort of odd anxiety about selecting the move tool before selecting a new layer. I haven’t used a version of photoshop past CS6, but I don’t think you have to do this. Anyway, this was a pretty good job.
