Cycling to the flat lands of Lancashire - I'm a cyclist and I live in the Pennines

It's the first of February 2025 and today's ride took us from the town of Whalley in Lancashire out towards the west coast where the roads are long, straight and flat, and being a cyclist who lives in the Pennines, there weren't going to be any big hills on this trip out today.
The route passed through some iconic places along the way with Ribchester, Longridge, Inglewhite, Garstang and Pilling to name but a few.
We even visited a new cafe, Aptly named Mike's Kitchen, which was situated at Knott End on Sea.
