Hi man. Cool project. The only way I made it work was deleting the "level=0;" line in the "void clearLEDS()", cause it never went to level 2 before that. Keep this cool projectos going, they're great!

The LED strips are WS2812b leds. They can be found on Amazon for around $25 for 16ft or 150 leds. There could be a number of reasons why this is happening. Try looking at this link. arduino.stackexchange.com/questions/17/avrdude-stk500-getsync-not-in-sync-resp-0x00-aka-some-dude-named-avr-won Sometimes, the Arduino itself or the cable are broke or need to be restarted. However, the code itself is not broke. Rather, it is the hardware side of things.
