It's important to meter the fuse. I never base my judgment with only a visual inspection. I have had a few people tell me over the phone that the fuse looks good. Even though it was bad. Keep up the good work! I'm glad you got this issue resolved!

I agree, I just wish i knew more about board work.

It might be worth asking ICE about the dim lights. It's possible there's either a power issue on the lamp circuit or maybe even a setting to set bulb intensity.

I do plan on getting ICE to repair that board, i just wasn’t sure if the board was any good or not.
