The hybrid initialisation doesn't work.Gives an error -Divergence detected.Please help

i have some doubts, at time 0:23 it is supposed that I need to click on Read -mesh, but in the Ansys Fluent I dont have the option of mesh in read, I have the option in Import-Mesh, so I dont know if I can do it from there, also, at time 3:53 it is supposed that I need to click Write-Case & Data, I don´t have that option in write, I have the option in Export, so I don´t know if I can do it also there; and finally, I dont know if it is because I did from Import and Export options, when I try to calculate with 500 iterations, there is a message thay says "The solution must be initialized before the calculation can be started. Do you want to proceed after initializing the case now?" How should I proceed?
