Would you please explain how to solve the problem of back flow of the air due to moisture in powder? The air with the powder reverses and comes out from the airlock and becomes dusty

create a channel it has to follow so it spirals 360 degrees to below the inlet, once below the inlet you will not have the backflow issue since it will no longer have a way to travel back to the inlet path.

@@samiyaqoob7503 yes have the air that is traveling along the inner perimeter of the cyclone. Direct the air down in a spiral to below where the air is coming in. You are getting the back draft because as the air spirals inside the container there is nothing stopping the flow from spiraling through the air that is coming in. Sir, can we use this model of separator as oil mist separator. As we know that Blow-by gas from Diesel car engine (combustion process) contain oil (lubricant)/oil mist. I need to separate oil from gas in order to deliver/provide fresh air to the engine..

think of the oil as a heavy substance compared to the gasses. the oil will follow the discharge port where the gasses will go through the accept port. the crank ventilation with vehicles are not super high pressure so this will have to be small enough to generate the needed pressure to create the vortex Edit: running the accept port to the intake will still cause the vehicle to collect carbon since it is still an exhaust gas but the manifold is under vacuum and as long as the cyclone separator is the correct sizing then using the extra vacuum in the system can provide good results
