Have you found that the gear switch / motor cutoff sensor fails and or breaks? My bike this has been an issue and currently isn't working

We didn't have that issue with ours, no. Is it a wiring issue? What's CYKE saying to do about it?

@@ElectricBikeReport the wire was too short and pulled out, they sent a new one. Will cover the cost to repair. pretty happy with that!

Ok really dumb questions from a new e-bike shopper Can I change out seat to more comfortable one ? Can I get fenders? Can the 1000 watts 52 volt motor carry my 280 lb weight? I know seems like I want a cruiser style bike but I like this motor style and Other features of this bike Any advice ?

You can change out the saddle, but it does not appear that the Falcon X is compatible with fenders. The bike's motor will definitely be enough for your weight though.

Ebike kits are cool. I have one and having lots of fun with it. However!!!! There's a dirty little secret the ebike industry doesn't let on about. After say 3 to 4 months you'll have to replace that cassette or freewheel sprocket! The torque that these babies put out is just no match for a bicycles drivetrain. So have fun just be okay with having to replace the parts mentioned.

Yeah if you live in high power a lot of the time you should expect it to wear down quickly
