Every Motorcycle/Scooter Runs Perfectly when it is new But when it crosses 60,000kms (approx Depends on various various factors),it starts creating various issues like
white smoke
consuming Engine oil
Loss of power
Reduced Power and performance
Drop in mileage
and various other problems
These problems arises because of worn out Cylinder kit. Once New Cylinder kit is installed all these issues are resolved and the Motorcycle/Scooter performes like new.

Hello sir, mere pass ek old hero honda cbz star 2004 model hai.jo ki lagvag 32000 k.m. chal chuka hai,white smoke nikal raha tha thoda bohut,aur ekdin kick lagate samay ek awaaj ke saath kick free (luse) hogiya. Mechanic ke paas jane pe pata chala engine ka valve band hogaya aur timing chain pad tut gaya.fir maine banner company ka valve and hero honda timing chain set original lagwaya.cylinder wall rebor kiya aur usha ka piston set lagwaya. Mechanic bolta hai ki ek paper size over size re boring kiya.smoke to ab nahi aata hai but engine heat bohot hota hai,pickup sahi nahi hai,aur ek awaj sayed timing chain ka kit kit sound aata hai.samaj nahi aata kya karu.ye bike mere dad ki gift hai aur mere liye bohot kuch hai,mujhe is bike se bohot pyaar hai.plz tell me sir what I do?

+Harjeet Singh Gill ji,sirf 24000kms mai aapka engine open kaarna paada.Means aapki Bike ki maintenance poor thi. Black smoke baadi issue nahi hai. Carburetor ko saahi tune kijiyai aur air filter ko clean ya replace kijiyai.
