Definitely, I am hoping you do a IFR Playlist as well a commercial rating. You are great at explaining, and I learned a lot from your videos. Welcome back!

Cindy It so good to see you back making videos again. Appreciate and missed you! I have my PPL SEL now , but, your explanation of airspace was straight forward and was instrumental in helping me pass my written. Welcome back!

Gigantic fan of the rest of your videos and I am so excited to start this series. My son and I just did our first solo cross countries. While I feel completely comfortable with what we did, I will openly admit that they were assumptions and shortcuts taken because of the nature of the cross country. That said, the series covers everything we would need to know for the written and check ride. In a level of detail that I feel is necessary. Thank you so much for putting this together!

Cindy, I am a current student pilot and I really enjoy flying with my instructors here at my local school. However, I barely have enough time to do ground instruction with them… and it seems to me that they are often busy for that too.. so I just wanted to let you know that I am happy I found your channel and that you are in a way my instructor as well!

Love your videos Cyndy. Explained very clearly and unlike many other tutorials I have watched. I am currently striving for my PPL and you have taught me a lot. I would love to use the same W & B and NAV LOG forms such as the ones you use. Mine are little different and don't much care for them. NAV LOG has no column for MC. Where can I get the forms you use?

Question... I notice you use the 6-14 Loading graph in the C172 POH (I am referencing the C172S specifically in mine), but could you also do it another way, which is to use the 6-9 Loading Arrangement graph and after having weights you can put in the arms from the loading arrangement chart and simply multiply weight x arm to get moments? (then /1000). Finally, divide the total moment by the total weight of the aircraft loaded to get an overall arm/CG? Great videos!

Records aircraft weight to 1/100 lb but reads moments as "about 10". 😉
@yeagermcbipper90084 жыл бұрын
The process here is correct, But those old charts are pure garbage. Read the POH and see if you can find the actual ARMs (they are usually listed) and get the proper moment. When it comes time for the written test, just memorize the answer from your test prep.
