Cynthia defined compassion beautifully at [4:06]: “for me the most important thing I can say is that compassion is founded on equality.” Seeing the world in the light of equality is compassion. There is no need for a further definition, since the ego mind cannot interpret it any further.

Every time I have the opportunity to listen to the words of Dr. Beargeault, I come away feeling wealthy. This is the second time in my 51 years that I've experienced this particular "feeling" or "sensation." A wonderful husband and wife, Theodore and Rebecca Nottingham leave me with the very same impression. Thank you so much Cynthia.

I deeply appreciate Cynthia , esp as one who was catholic as she helps me integrate christianity back into my life -which buddhism cannot totally. Thank you Cynthia.Wish i could meet you and talk someday.

Almost all of what she speaks comes from Buddhist teaching which is always about integrating with all situations.

The kingdom is within... Seek and we shall find. The rest is the sticky details. In the still point the words fall away. And we find our true self/and God. We realize our communion. (my best guess)

This could be very interesting however Cynthia's contribution is entirely mute in the video!

I had the same problem! What's going on with the sound? Luckily my housemate is a lip reader so she could tell me what Dr Bourgeault was saying, although her unusual pronunciation of some words made it difficult. The gist of her message here appears to be a recipe for making an Italian flan using Russian mustard, pine nuts and mozarella. I am not sure what this has to do with Jesus, but my housemate assures me this is what she said. Dr Bourgeault concluded by saying the flan should be sprinkled with roasted kale before serving and can feed up to four people.

Jesus is probably not was probably the greatest master there is only one moment and that's the holey moment no past no future just divine awareness the mind is going to rot just like the body in Deuteronomy 30 20 Moses says to Joshua for the Lord is your life oh Cynthia you're moving to close to the east love Dan

Jesus was "the Word made flesh", so that flesh is no longer here - surely that's why we have the understanding of the divine essence "Word" or "Christ" (I don't know for sure, it's a bit like splitting theological hairs) which lives on eternally. So whether we refer to that principle as Jesus or Christ or Word, is, again, rather hair splitting and pedantic (sorry), so why don't we just practice stillness and see the truth? Also, the word "mind" is often used differently: it can mean our thoughts, but can also mean the divine source of our consciousness. Perhaps an alternative analogy would be that our thoughts are the waves on the ocean of Life - the waves have no independent real existence apart from the ocean, and they are ephemeral. So, to say that Jesus was a man who walked the earth from 4 BC to 30 AD (or whenever) is not such a big deal, let's not get precious about it ;-) Otherwise we'll end up like those who debated how many angels can fit on a pin-head!

The basis of what you are saying about Non Duality has a basic meaning for me, Truth if you will but to liken everything to computer speak is a ploy, I think, that you should drop Cynthia because it comes across as a sales practice for your book. Try saying the same basic things in concise English and your message will be simpler and more pure, to me at any least. Thank you! I like your reference to the Flat Earth, disguised as it may have been though?
