A few years ago, I worked at a high-end restaurant and Cynthia used to come over as a corporate. But she is the most humble soul I have ever met. I was young(22) but she one day opened up to me that she needs a husband😢. To be honest, when this interview started I thought it was just going to be a meeh interview, but I've been so surprised and I'm glad I watched to the very end. Cynthia's take on how Africa needs to release itself from the shackles is very empowering. It's time!!! We need to forge our own path and make our own rules. I was especially surprised by her take on order and how she broke it down that God is up, then man, then woman. That's a great lesson and our young girls need to understand that the man has a big role to play in the society. Guys, please have purpose and don't just live like a cabbage. It is true. A date is not an emergency. If you as a lady do not have money to get to the date, pay for the meal and drinks incase anything goes unexpected happens or things go sideways, money to even pay for a room for yourself in case it's a route with no taxi or matatu, stay in your house! Stay indoors. A date is not a do or die. I made so many mistakes as a young girl and bad things happened to me as a result. I have healed since and I will back up Cynthia on this.
