finally, we get an ancient cheese spinoff, ancient cheese was just kinda left in the dust, bloodsauce dungeon and pizzascape got spinoffs (strongcold, pizascare) but ancient cheese was left in the dust. it also sucks how its only community levels that are ancient cheese spinoffs (la burrata temple or whatever its called) but i find this amazing! very nice work!

She tells you that you can activate a wall run mid-air with a grab dash, which is not a mechanic the base game uses but is required to beat the secret. I would have added signs, but I decided the inputs were a bit too complex to be simplified and added Granny instead, plus some people wouldn't know to hold the mach run even if they knew you could grab dash into a wall run.

I'm not a big fan of the mid-level tutorials, especially for a level that looks to be somewhat late-game! However, the theming and music are incredible and adorable, even though the route is a bit convoluted. Also, the secrets seem to be only tangentially related to the contents of the level, which should definitely be avoided

Could I ask a question? How do you make a background? What resolution does the file have to be? What about the tileset? What size does it have to be? How do you make autotile for custom tilesets?? I have so many questions and can’t find an answer anywhere.. please help!!

Backgrounds are similar to tileset placing since they use layers. On the bottom left of the screen you should be able to see what bg layer you're on when in the 'background' tab of the editor. Press "add image to this bg layer" and then you'll be able to add an image from your sprites folder, then you can switch layers and add more stuff to it. There's no size you need to use, any can work, but the game's own backgrounds should be a good baseline, you can find them in The Spriters Resource page. Remember you can also first set a template to edit, including a blank one. Tilesets don't have a set size either, but the standard is for each individual tile to be 32x32 pixels. Remember to set a .ini file alongside your tileset image. As for custom autotiles, I don't know if it's even a thing you can do, I've never tried it. I recommend checking the GitHub Wiki for CYOP for more info on how to set up tilesets.

Y’know I do like the level but I mainly have one issue with it and it’s the 1st and 2nd secret because the mechanics that are in those secrets aren’t brought up again at all in the main level like, I don’t wanna be rude but if you wanna make a good secret then you should probably just stick to the mechanics that are brought up in the level. (Sorry if I do sound mean I just wanted to state my opinion on the level)
