It doesn’t matter how strong Beerus will turn out to be in DB because of simple reasons: Both the Chaos Emeralds and Master Emerald on it own give Sonic the Super form. Considering the Master Emerald has infinite power, and the Chaos Emeralds give the same form one would get with the Master Emerald, then the Chaos Emeralds together also have infinite power. In Sonic Adventure Super Sonic was required to beat Perfect Chaos. However, later on Base Sonic was enough to destroy that same exact enemy. This means that Base Sonic has (somehow) achieved infinite power already. In other words, not only would Base Sonic be enough, but a Super Sonic would quite literally have infinite^2 power. And don’t even get me started on Sonic’s other forms.

Beerus does win DC for obvious reasons. But Super Sonic could most likely contend with Zeno, his guards, and the Grand Priest, or at bear minimum the angels. This is the guy who fought Solaris, The End, Dark Gaia, and others in Super, and Infinite in Base. All 12 GODs could jump him at once and he'd still beat the crap out of all of them.

Actually for me personally game sonic can defeat Zeno based on feats for e.g. hear me out first, he defeated Erazor Djinn after he absorbed half of 1001 universes in his base form and Zeno has only shown erasure with has not true power plus his childish personality but like I said this is my personal opinion.

In the files, it IS called Super 2. However, most fans give it their own name. A few examples are Superior Super Sonic (like in this video), Starfall Super Sonic, Cyber Super Sonic (which I personally think fits better for that one form that one-shotted The End) and Super Sonic (FP).

Giganto is obviously more powerful than Infinite, who’s more powerful than any villain beforehand as it was stated. So Frontiers Base Sonic survived an attack from someone far stronger than, for example, Solaris.

Beerus tapped a table twice and DESTROYED HALF OF A PLANET CLEAN OFF. It took him literally no effort at all. And that was in his INTRODUCTION in Battle of Gods, when he his 70% power was comparable to SSG GOKU that was HOLDING BACK. And both have gotten seriously stronger. The only thing that I've seen Sonic do at all is chill, eat, run, and defeat robots. I know that Sonic is very strong, but Sonic hasn't done enough to be comparable to Beerus. Like, at all. Sorry.

Also, how in the name of this green earth do YOU know that "erasure protection" can make him survive being LITERALLY TURNED TO DUST BY A HAKAI or LITERALLY ERASED OUT OF EXISTANCE FROM ZENO? Plus, Beerus is millions of years old, and he's had plenty of fights. He even said it himself. His peak has not been shown yet, so you never know how strong or fast Beerus is. It doesn’t matter what kind of existence erasure you throw at the character, it just won’t work ever. And Beerus has only trained to become GoD, after that he basically stopped and all the fights he had were never a challenge to him, unless he fought other GoD. But, considering what you said about us not knowing Beerus’s full strenght, then yeah, I can also confirm that this debate is stupid. Although, from what we know right now, Sonic would win. But that could very well change.

@@ItsLuigiTime1983 Yeah, no. For now, at least. And the reason for that is the fact that both the Chaos Emeralds and the Master Emerald let an individual achieve a Super form. Since the Master Emerald has been stated to have infinite power, then so do all the Chaos Emeralds combined. This is important because in Sonic Adventure it took Super Sonic, aka infinite power because of the Chaos Emerald, to defeat Perfect Chaos. However later on in the serie, Sonic fought Perfect Chaos again and defeat him in base. This means that current Base Sonic is as strong if not much stronger than Super Sonic in Sonic Adventure, which means that current base Sonic alone already posseses infinite power. Beerus is NOT prepared for that.

Goku started off at a power level of 10 in the Original DB, and now he has a godlike base power level that still isn't calculated yet. He doesn't have infinite power, he just got stronger. Or maybe Chaos is just weak. I dunno, but Sonic is strong still. But I still don't understand why they decided to give him godlike power levels, since he doesn't usually use them at all against Eggman. He uses them against random fucking things for seemingly no reason.
