One of the things that make it work is the fact that she doesn’t ignore blue’s opinions/ ideas like everyone else does. It even says something along the lines of that in book 11. Blicket is adorable. I love them. They have to be one of my favorite ships! Both of them have characteristics and traits that I have, so it’s kinda like they both have a part of me? Like Cricket loves books, and she asks a lot of questions. I definitely don’t ask as many as her, or say them all out loud, but I do have a lot of questions that come to mind depending on the subject. Also, books are great ^^ And, the way Blue thinks about others really represents how I think sometimes. I like wondering about what others are thinking and what their home lives are like. (Hopefully that doesn’t sound creepy- but I hope you get what I mean.) but yes, I love them so much! Cutest couple ever.

However, their relationship develops from not knowing each other to romantic in about a week. Blicket is rushed, and that is the only way it could happen, yes. Blicket is my one of my favourite ships for a couple solid reasons: P.S: I totally agree with you and your art is beautiful and makes my day! 1 - They’re personalities are wonderfully compatible. Cricket loves learning new things and is a curious little, precious beetle who has the practical answers for Blue, and whenever either needs support, they’ll be there for them. 2 - Though their relationship is undeniably rushed, there are several important developments that occur throughout book 11 and 12 that are foundations for a healthy, solid relationship. For example, Cricket helps Blue escape from the HiveWing guards without hesitation, and after meeting him volunteers to go even farther for a dragon she just met. They truly care for each other and will stick by each other through thick and thin. 3 - They are just so darn CUTE together! Most other WOF ships are really unrealistic in the way that they just don’t show any visible chemistry. I am in no way criticising Tui’s amazing writing, but there are some ships that just don’t feel…right. Such as Cleril, for example. It feels forced, particularly from a story perspective, as the only dragon who clearly shows affection towards the relationship is Peril, who is a bit too clingy and obsessed with Clay. If Peril had undergone more character development in the way she clinged to Clay, maybe this ship would have worked or she would’ve moved on and found someone perfect for her. But I’m getting carried away! Thank you for making this amazing video and sorry for the crazy-long rant! See-ya!

You see, on one hand, I really love this ship. I think Blicket has super good compatibility, and these two compliment each other well. Cricket is smart, quick-thinking, and is the so-called “freak” at school. While Blue is awkward, overly empathetic, and hates breaking rules/is a good student. They go together, but on the other hand, I think Blue just wanted a reason to love HiveWings. He meets her, and immediately falls in love. Cricket is oblivious to this, but knows his family/friends aren’t friendly toward HiveWings. I think he might’ve just wanted to prove to them they can be good, in the wrong way. He used Cricket without even knowing it.

I don’t really support moonbli, not because I dislike it, but because moon isn’t good enough for qibli, think about it, what has qibli brought to the relationship: always thinking of her, always wondering what would make her happy, stuff like that. Now what about moon: Falling for him ONCE he saves the world? There was no thoughts of her liking him, not to mention how her character has NO moral or mental growth after her own book. Now qibli and winter. 😏 -dynamic relationship -have had more dialogue in the entire series then moon and qibli/winter have EVER talked -😳
