They're just some cheap unbranded sticks i bought at my local music shop while I waited on my actual pair of drumsticks to arrive from shipping. Wrapped them in tape so they wouldn't break as easily but they still broke at the end of this video

I have a 3 piece drum with 1 cymbal and no hi-hat so its a problem

You could probably find a fairly cheap pair of hi-hats used online. Or you could buy some of the lower end cymbals like I do. I'm using zildjian I series cymbals which came with 2 crash, a ride, and a pair of hi-hats and goes for about $450. Although I no longer use the smaller crash and the ride. Instead I have a 14" Sabian I found used for like $70 and a 20" Zildjian ZBT plus that was sold to me with another kit.
