I used the Weretiger effect on Rei, used influence on him so he'll only attack Myria and then transformed into Kaiser dragon and used that item that let's you go multiple times in one turn. Made short work of her.

@Kien Nguyen Well, now mankind is free to develop with free will. Myria was pretty much a child with a magnifying glass and the world her plaything. Look at the "Space Station Myria" all those fucked up test subjects that she basically artificially introduced to the worlds ecosystem just to see what happens, like Stallion for example, or Rocky the mutant chicken.
