China’s democracy = gov officials are chosen by the people based on their previous achievements and behaviors. US’s democracy = gov officials are chosen by billionaires that make up 1% of the US’s population. Isn’t China’s democracy a true democracy since the gov officials are chosen by the majority of regular Chinese people instead of by a small group of billionaires like the US’s gov officials are chosen? The US’s democracy is a fake democracy that is runs by billionaires while China’s democracy is real!

@@fatdoi003 I seriously doubt that having Republicans control the US government will be beneficial. I was politically aware in the 2000s and Republicans that while they didn't have a 6-3 majority on the Supreme Court, they still had a majority along with the presidency and Congress. Economic growth and employment wasn't great in addition to substantial increases in government spending led to a massive increase in the national debt. On the foreign policy side of things the US government was engaging in unnecessary, unjust and destructive wars in addition to trying to sanction Iran and North Korea (two countries of the so-called "Axis of Evil") into submitting to the will of the US government. None of those policies benefitted the US or the majority of Americans.
