cyrus is the killer responsible for penthouse fire and was revealed that he is the culprit when he put the digitalis in michael's IV he also was responsible for sam's death and possibly even dex's death and he's doing it because he wants revenge on sonny because of the fight they had we know it cyrus because he wouldn't of killed sam or dex if he didn't have anything to hide

At the restaurant, Cyrus overheard that Michael was burnt and he is now at the hospital. He looked shocked. So I don't think Cyrus is the one who blew Sonny's house. I think it was Sidwell who bombed Sonny's house. But Cyrus is definitely the one who is killing patients in the hospital.
