It seems very sturdy, not much different (in strength) from other ebikes that have folding necks. I like how the secondary latch is a simple turn latch that goes over the main rather than a button safety, it's a lot easier to visibly see if its locked over the main latch, but this is a personal preference as others may say that it can easily be moved just by knocking it (which is rare) and you not know it, but as a secondary safety, I wouldn't be concerned anyway. Sorry, not sure if that makes sense without seeing an example.

I am a 165 cm (5ft 5inches) and this ebike was not too big for me. I think it should be fine for your height.
