since CF leads to hypochloremic hypokalemic met alk , then these patients after the exercise would show frosting d/t nacl deposition , so could there be a chance of hyponatremia in these patients leading to seizures and muscle cramps ?

Women with CF have thicker cervical mucus and can have ovulation issues due to poor nutrition. However, the majority of women with CF are fertile and can become pregnant if appropriate contraception is not used. Fertility in women with cystic fibrosis Many women with CF have babies without undergoing any fertility treatment, and women with CF do produce healthy, fertile eggs, so effective contraception is necessary if they are trying to avoid pregnancy. Most men with CF (97-98 percent) are infertile because of an absence of the sperm canal, known as congenital bilateral absence of the vas deferens (CBAVD). The sperm never make it into the semen, making it impossible for them to reach and fertilize an egg through intercourse. , men with CF will need to undergo surgical extraction of sperm to be used for in vitro fertilization (IVF). Surgical extraction of sperm is referred to as microsurgical epididymal sperm aspiration (MESA). Written by the internet✍😸
