Wow, I can't believe Gong Ge got last. He was one of, if not the best one for me. Maybe it's because his fanbase is small? I don't know any of these people prior to this show, except for Jony J and I only know a little bit of Jony J. I swear no matter how many times I see Sam, he always amazes me. He's been training since he was 9. he gave up his entire youth and teenage years to being an idol. this is why I can't stand people like Jony J who belittle idols so much. because 9/10 its undeserved. And even that 1/10 doesn't deserve to be shamed either. Samuel poured all of his efforts into becoming the amazing performer he is today. He is a product of his hard efforts molding it into talent. And he's very talented, especially in dancing. And is vocal color is very unique and likeable. And he makes sure to put in 1000% at all times. All combined, his performances are always full of passion. You can't help but want to keep supporting him. p.s. please give him lots of love. his father was brutally murdered in 2019. and even though his parents are divorced, he was still very affected and now he's not in south korea, rather he's in the states resting and recovering. Its been a year since his father's death, but please give him lots of love and encouragement. He'll definitely return to the stage one day, but until then please give him lots and lots of love.

i was bored so i decided to watch this also since i see some of these clips in 'seventeen moments'.when i watched the first ep. i didnt really liked gong ge because he seems very quiet and looks mean. but when he said he feels like he doesnt belong there because some of them are young and handsome and the part where gong ge was announce to be in the tenth place, i feel sad about him. i didn't thought of him being in that place though, i like his performance it was uniqe. and i also feel bad when the next mission is to attack young girls heart and he was like *i dont do that* and sort of stress. now why am i commenting this thing lol?

I totally get Gong Ge's popularity among the participants, through his performance - like, the mix of so many various elements and genre through a song - it's so unique and catchy But, it's not exactly a very common style - many people may like it as it doesn't focus too much on any genre So, i understand why he got 10th position, but he's still one of my personal favorites And Yanan and Eric really slayed the vocals and emotions Came here for Jun and The8 but the participants really are all so unique and great - hard to choose indeed

It's sad to see the one-sided relationship of hiphop and pop. Almost always pop artists respect hiphop artists. Even if many pop artists aren't into hiphop, they still regard hiphop artists as cool and appreciate them from a distance. But it seldom happens the other way around. Many hiphop artists tend to look down on pop. There is a disdain that I don't understand. And that disdain was brought in to full display by Jony J. His seniority in the music business limited his perspective and made him inflexible. There's just no rationalizing his words and actions. The intent was clear; he was invalidating the experiences of others. Gong Ge on the other hand was just waaaay to out of his element here. It's painful to even just watch his struggle. Imagine how he must have felt. This reminds me of an episode of Sister Slam Dunk s1. When Jessi, a rapper, had to perform in a pop unit. She wasn't into it but never said anything negative. She just owned up the fact that pop isn't her thing. The difference with Jessi and Jony J is she's open-minded and willing to struggle with new experiences. Not hating on Jony J though. He did what he felt was right for him. I just hoped he handled this with wisdom.
