Finally! Colored embossing powder! I tired of white and gold some time ago, and I have a whole drawer full of colored embossing powders that I use often. This is a really cute card, especially the addition of Perfect Pearls to the little ghosts, it makes them glow.

I thought you had to mist with water to activate the binding agent in perfect pearls or does the ink activate it?
