@@TakumiSoldier Well, if they wanted/could deny the application right away, they would have done it already :) They often just want to clarify some unclear points during the second interview. If you amswer correctly, they will approve it. If not, the not. I would say the decision comes fast after a second interview.

Different case are decided by different people and different people work differently - some work fast, some work slow. Hello sir..happy new year! One of our MAIN problem why we can't answer, because most of the interviewer DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH. Sometimes they are angry..we are foreigners and it is hard to pronouns your language. So you need to adjust for us also and study even basic english..thank you.

Probably they have just started working on your application now 😂 As for the decision, hard to say. Usually if it is approval, it comes fast, within a week or two. The longer it takes, the more likely you get denied.

Hey! Please refer to the video above, I mention the main questions there. In case of additional interviews though (if you have done one and they call you for another), there might be something specific they want to ask - maybe about your accommodation, about your program, your bank statement etc.

Hey, thank you! There is officially no interview for the employee card :) They might just briefly ask you about your job - name of employer, location, position, salary, what you will be doong exactly, where will you live. But officially, no interview :)

Hi Jan, thank you for all the guide you provide, they are very insightful. Please I have a question. After I got my Student Visa Approved, I paid for an Insurance for my Visa; Basic Insurance for my first three months and Comprehensive for my next nine (9) months. But they gave me a Visa which starts from the date of my Comprehensive Insurance ommitting my first three months of entry. Hence, if I was suppose to travel in October, it has been pushed to January. Please, is there a way around this that can help me correct it?

Hey Juma, one thing people have to understand about the MOI is that they do not care about any legal deadlines. If they, by the law, have 60 days to make a decision, it is like a rough timeline. They can be as fast as 2 weeks and as slow as 6 month. You can not really do much with that. Waiting is usually the best. Alternatively watch my other two videos - about what to do if your application has been taking too long, and about the legal deadlines :)

Well, the process might be a bit different for everyone. 5 mins is certainly not realistic though. They will not even go through the docs in 5 mins.

Hi Ragib, well, the general set up of the MOI is to graduaĺy make it more complicated for foreigners to get visas. So this goes along with that. One of the people I spoke with went to the Embassy 17 times! But second interview is actually good because it means they did not have enough to deny the application right away, so if you prepare well, it might be actually bemeficial :)
