Hi, i just wanna say if you're unsure about Katrina's cover of this song you might as well consider to react to her other liver performances of Never Enough. She consistently sang this song with the same arrangement as of this one with a lots of twists and all that. In her first major solo concert, she impersonated international singers singing this song live on stage and then at the end she did it with her own voice, if you wanna check that out, that would great. My rating: 1. Morissette, 2. Gigi, 3. Katrina, 4. Henry and Lena. First off, agreed, totally unfair comparison for Gigi with the different environments: everyone should be on a big empty stage or in a controlled studio setting. Seriously, why even do it, the fix was in. Regardless, I will say Gigi hit a few little rough spots in the beginning--pacing? some pitch, not 'perfect', my expectations, maybe?--before closing out super strong. Gigi also made the song hers more than the other singers--by quite a large margin. Morissette simply killed it and the song fits her voice so well. I have seen some videos of her on a big stage and no one can help getting swallowed up somewhat, even Morissette. Henry and Lena were very good and, yeah, Lena is a bit nasal. They meshed well together. Katrina was excellent!
