Love watching Ai Mori climbing. I honestly wish I have access to watch her training because she said she enjoyed it more than the competition itself. Wish nothing but a successful future for her.

Fun fact: Ai Mori has never left the LJC podium since she was first eligible to compete in 2017 at the age of 13 (excluding 2015/2016 LJC because they had a separate national team selection comp back then)

Yap! I remember that year, I saw her for the first time a few month before that lead competition in the Japanese bouldering cup. In semi-finals she was second, after Nonaka Miho (!!) and before Noguchi Akio. I've never seen anyone climbing like she does, I hope she won't lose this special style and passion of hers.

I really like the real looking rock holds they use for part of these Finals. The grey and white mix ones. Very nice to look at. Wonder what textures they have.

Ai Mori the GOAT

Certainly very very good. Interested in seeing her in world comps this year

Don't get me wrong Ai is my favorite climber to watch and follow since Akiyo retired, however it seems very early to call her GOAT. She might have the potential though.

@@olivierhuet9860 After she beat Janja twice now, I think it's safe to say Ai Mori is the GOAT
@olivierhuet98602 жыл бұрын
@@charina_custodio Greatest Of ALL TIME ? Really ? In terms of potential she is certainly up there. But in terms of achievement she still has a lot to do to overthrow the likes of Jain Kim, Akiyo Noguchi and of course Janja Ganbret. Maybe one day she will be, after winning the Olympics in Paris, after having won several of overall season WC titles, World Championship titles, or climbs a handfull of 9bs and above. She is an exceptionnal climber and a great pleasure to watch. Let's watch her grow and rock the climbing world. But let's not have that conversation about being the GOAT at least just yet. :)

What is the meaning of "so desu ne" and "i (?) desu ne"?
@peggykao59482 жыл бұрын
"so desu ne" is an affirmative statement like "That's right". "ie desu ne" is "that's very nice / that's good".
