I tried both thr XS and XT sets in 9's on my guitar (Sterling Cutlass HSS) and I'm hard pressed to detect the difference between the sets. The XT has the same corrosion treatment but no coating if I recall, but they feel the same and sound the same to me. 6months in, and they are still quite fresh, no corrosion, and they keep tune well. The XT has the wrap wire coated, the XS is the finished string .

I prefer GHS Boomers, but in your clip the XS sound a bit worse than the XL. Behind you there the two best amps in the world, great choice.

Not for using tremolo on strat, nothing lives longer than month with it) So, XL on strat with tremolo is kind of cheeper ))
