ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಪೀಠಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನತೆ ಎಂಬ ಪದಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಥ ಬರಬೇಕಾದರೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನರಾಗಿ ಬಾಳಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಈ ಕಾನೂನು ಅವಶ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ
