I agree. The talent to singing is not "runs" but tone and pitch. Sometimes singers try to do to much with a song when you really don't have to. Somewhat overdone. However I have seen a few of his other youtube videos and it seems he is doing the same thing on those as well.

Agreed. Is this a trend now, folks who imitate us are deemed amazing but when WE do it it's "excessive?" The list is too long of " others" who pimp/ appropriate/ appreciate what we ORIGINATE , but it's "perfection" in their throats and newly aberrant in ours.
