In ep 2, 01:13:14 the crew needed some random character killed by Gideon and thus Chuckles was created. At 01:59:00 Gideon recalls how Chuckles died. Hope this answers your question 😁

A little funny story: My group has a rule whenever someone roles a perception check with Advantage and gets a double Nat 20, their perception goes beyond the board and for a brief moment can see eldritch beings (us the players) that controls them, afterwards said PC will be having a meltdown in shock, fear, and all those funny emotions. Depending on the result of said meltdown and how said PC handles it, they will get various buffs from making perception checks are always 7 minimum up to immunity to any Illusions (basically they become so aware that their senses have ascendant and the "world" they are living in is nothing to what they have seen) also, 9/10 times they Multiclass to the great old ones warlock.

I was playing Betrayal at Baldur's Gate with my sister and someone else at an event, and when the Haunt happened, I ended up becoming the DM. I then got the idea of them finding the room where my character was at when I activated the Haunt, and there my character would be, not malicious, just like "Hi, guys! This is a perfect idea for a cursed/magical item. Either it’ll drive your character utterly insane hearing long drawn out debates about what the next move in the middle of combat should be (as all those words have to happen in the span of a couple seconds for them), or now they get new knowledge. You can also just straight up start lying to them when they address you to make them look like a mad prophet.

This reminds me of an idea I had for a Warlock. What if the Warlock's patron IS the DM? At the beginning of every session, you have to bring something the DM wants to be able to keep your powers.
