No, just because I picked up this case not to get a complete set but to get a decent variety and multiples of some of the generic figs.

Yep, I keep everything. I have honestly never resold anything before, I'm such a hoarder. I do give things away. Like literally the fairy dragons you're referring to one of my friends saw them and wanted one so I gave one to her. I am so much more likely to give things away than sell them.

YES! I absolutely need more townsfolk! Generic NPCs and town guard-type figures are ones that I am consistently on the lookout for.

@@RickKoeppen Nice, ok so for the townsfolk set I am making, it will be 10-12 unique figures of multiple races, with duplicates of each figure. Tiefling barkeep, dwarf blacksmith, goblin merchant, elven traveler, Raven plague doc, and the rest will be humans (guard, commoner, apprentice, etc). I'll keep you in the loop and show you progress. Would love your feedback!
