Man I remember the BG1 manual had volo excerpts about taverns and inns and I read those sections over and over because it added such great color and background to the game. This video gave me those same feelings. Please make more tavern and inn reviews.

This is DnD. The possibilities. The secrets..... The art really helps a persons imagination. It is easy to tweak the info but daunting to come up with a whole city and every person in it. Life, NPCs, rumors, allies and enemies. I'll be watching this one several times. Beautiful. Thank you sir for your hard work. ❤ The in between adventures always culminated in a visit to town to trade, train, sell and incorporate new items into new adventures in our groups. My games always centered on needing others, filling the gaps, acquiring info and being a part of some other group for some grander scheme. Every person had a piece to offer but sometimes that person was the NPC.

I'd like to share an idea for a inn/tavern that's been floating around my head circuits some time. *Emeth's House. This modest 2 story building, made up of reinforced clay is a collection of all the things & people that have entered it. Offering good food & fair at modest prices, this inn/tavern has 7 rooms upstairs that serve as hotel/inn rooms. *Some rumors for Emeth's House: patrons believe that this was constructed as a giant golem. If a certain phrase is uttered, the inn/tavern will come to life & move to the next town.

This is one of my personal favorites as well... I was a bit surprised it did not perform as well as some others. If it had done well I was going to do a whole tour of Faerun's most interesting and even obscure taverns. But I am glad you enjoyed it also!

It was definitely on my original sword coast pub crawl list... these take a lot of time to make and the video did do as well as others. That said I really enjoyed this video so I may still do another, I have the Waterdeep tavern research about 50% done, so if and when another is made, we will to Waterdeep next, but Neverwinter is on the list.
