Such prices for ready to wear blouses are not available anywhere in N India.. custom stitching for a blouse is atleast ₹400/- ; with lining more 😮. Yes, the stitching here in Mumbai also starts from ₹ 400 onwards. There's another shop close to this place and they too have an amazing collection.
