Great vid especially the slow mo jumps and landings etc.. I do advise people to take a grain of salt on the 'cool and pain' tips. Don't hide if you are in pain, something internal might have happened and then you need to be quick.. we aint children anymore. Failing is cool as well as that is the only tool by which we learn , so if your in pain you can laugh even at it but let it be known but dont hide pain lol with this dangerous insane awesome sport / outdoor fun

I flip most times Yeah, but I know dødser that do not also 👐🏼 I would feel it mostly shoulders shins and always sore in my traps Some days after, if it was a Big one.

Hey Emil! One question regarding the wetsuits. How do you do longer sessions with many jumps on cold or windy days? Any tips? I love dodsing in the cold and rainy seasons but I feel it affecting my health when I stay wet and cold for too long.

Hey bro! Much loooove☀️ my ears are usually good. Can feel weird if I land on my feets sometimes, but rarely. Have friends who used them a lot tho, so should be some good plugs out there. U should test a bunch and find out what works man hah💫💫
