The reasons why am commenting on this video because I have three Vessels doing the same thing as you are doing and we are exporting to the Hawaiian Market and every processes of the supply chain must meet the international HACCP requirement from catching of the crayfish until it is consume. In any stage of the supply chain cleanness is a priority.
