Philippines My Paradise- unfortunately the park lost its popularity due to lack of maintenance, but i think the local government have plans for improvements on it.

Yes you can as I saw people jogging with their dogs in the park and only people have entrance fee as I know

This is along the road where the USC- Talamban is located so just catch the bus that goes to Talamban/ Pit os area from Consolacion then get a jeepney to Nasipit Talamban Family Park, all jeepney drivers knew this place and you can walk in from the main road of Nasipit, Talamban.
