D-focused Crashing in Women's Lacrosse

JMU's Emily Boissonneault takes us through defocused crashing. This drill is to get defenders comfortable with crashing without contact, extending their arms before contact is made, and eliminating fouls to create an opportunity to get the ball back out of the 8 meter.
