This album seems to have been released by Kazuhiko Tsutsumi of Nihon Keizai Shimbun in 1993, when he was 25 years old. Surprisingly, he is still in his current position, having been appointed as the head of the Nikkei Shimbun's secretarial office and deputy head of the secretarial office last year(2022).
The special thanks on the album is credited to people involved in his 25th birthday party, and the photographer on the album is also credited to Hideo Tsutsumi, perhaps a brother. The album contains several songs that could be called quality city pop. This song in particular has great instrumentation and chord work.
