This is probably the most intense theme in JoJo so far. It perfectly represents this race against time Bruno found himself in during his battle with Diavolo. He literally has just a couple minutes left to live, and King Crimson made this time span even shorter. Bruno had to get away from a stand, which power was beyond anything he ever faced before, save Trish and contact the gang, all the while bleeding to death and having enough strength to stand on his legs for 30-40 seconds. And this theme captures this perfectly: determination mixed with absolute despair

In the context of an assassination however, a competent hitman could still take you out before you had the gumption to activate King Crimson.
