Thanks for the video. Was really useful. Garage quoted me £380 to switch the regulator. I got one, plus new motor, from an ebay scrap yard for £25. Took me the morning, as the window surround is a bit fiddly, but your video was very helpful.

Hey thanks for this video ! Helped me plenty when figuring out the tear apart. I had issues when placing the part remember to bend it at a slight angle... mine came out straight and made a slight ding on my door. The window wouldn’t close all the way, made the correct adjustment to the part and perfect seal.

I’m not sure a 550 is like a 530. But mine is in the trunk, it’s a 8m I think to loosen the nut and disconnect the cable
