I love your work....Ive been trying to make these flowers out of cloth but have not been successful due to the fraying after i cut them...so i decided to try ribbons, but everyone I've been watching i wasn't able to catch it. Do you use satin ribbon only? I am having the hardest time finding the satin in the right size or just satin ribbon that won't fray badly. One place says they don't carry double face satin or organza....!!! Shocking.....

I'm not successful making them look anything like your petals and when trying to use the lighter to seal the ribbon I'm doing my damage then good :0( I did finally get the petals looking like yours but still having a problem with burning. I bought some fabric glue so I'm hoping that will help a bit more :0)
