What is the price per square yard? I have roamed around New Chandigarh for more than a month around six months ago to look for property options. Omaxe didn't show me all these options, they showed me only a few high rise apartment options at an extravagant price. DLF, Suntec City all these real estate companies are pumping prices for no reasons. Imagine to buy a property at 2 crore where no one will pay you more than 20,000 per month rent. You can buy an apartment at this same price in Hyderabad or Banglore and you can easily get 50,000 per month rent there. The real estate bubble has become very big now.

@@LiveSiteVisit Visited twice. Once in 2019, and once in 2023. I did not see any progress in the buildings. So buyer beware.

@@kajalsingh9554 sir if you will just roaming on main roads so you will not understand, in 2019 price was 30k per yard but you that plot goes on 90k per yard, so investors and end users are aware already, who have vision of reality

@@LiveSiteVisit Sir, I actually went to the Omaxe office and was given a tour by one of their agents. Please do not peddle false information. Omaxe is more interested in their Delhi projects than in the ones in Chandigarh.
