I've really enjoyed your reviews on this house. I mean I know we would not jive, but I love your enthusiasm for them.

I feel it's a much fresher and better take on BR540, it's an awesome fragrance. And an awesome perfume house! All of them worthy of full bottles, even Daddy which has a drydown out of this world! Big love.

I agree a fresher take on BR540. The opening is better to me.

Brilliant review as always. I'm still working with Flower Boy and I'm still undecided on it as yet. However, sometimes fragrances take a while longer before I truly am blown away and then wonder why it took me so long to appreciate it. I will definitely get a decant in the new year based on your review of this fragrance here. Looking forward to your reviews on the rest of the line. 👌

Thanks for sharing! They are definitely not of the norm, broken bouquet is the easiest to wear, then flowerboy...the other three are a bit more "out there" hehe. Hope you enjoy them if you try them!

Great video! Love your descriptions of fragrances. I heard this one smells a bit similar to MFK oud satin mood. (Did not smell the MFK one so this comparison was not very helpful for me personally)

I don't think it does at all. The oud here is not a shining note, it's an accent, it's more about greenery and roses.

A floral, chypre, gourmand?!?!? I can't wait to try this, as I cannot picture this but I am so intrigued.

This sounds like something I might really like. The only part I am concerned about is the Oud. I have not yet come across a perfume in which I have been able to enjoy it. By the way I think the screen design of this video is gorgeous!
@ouch1104 жыл бұрын
Really, don't be concerned about the oud, it's blended in so well and not like any other typical fragrance with oud. It's SO unique!

@@ouch110 this certainly is a fascinating brand. I like what they say on their websites and the picture David made for flower boy is gorgeous!

The name fooled me. Broken Bouquet made me think of the smell of broken flowers and petals. The same inspiration as Byredo's Flowerhead. In my region in Italy, when there is a religious celebration, people throw rose petals, carnations, jasmine branches on the street and as people trample these petals they create a smell of broken flowers. Instead, it is a molecular perfume where caramelised rose emerges and a base almost identical to BR540 after 6 hours. It's a gorgeous fragrance and probably a better option than BR540 for men.

Where I live, people say “ bunch of flowers,” so I think you are safe pronouncing bouquet either way. Love the review!
