Fabulous recipe. Tried it today. Came out excellent. I only added curry leaves extra into the seasoning and extra coriander leaves into the dal at the end. I took half cup toor dal, 1/4th cup masoor dal and 4 spoons moong dal. The outcome was delightful. Just be careful while adding water into the tadka pan. Fire can be controlled by the amount of water you sprinkle.
