Thanks doctor salim for this video. Will you advise that your dose of cinnamon to take is 3 to 6 gm. It is not possible to measure such quantity everday. So will tell the measurements as per tea spoon.

Thank u Dr. If u want to remove ur spec or improve ur eyesight. Then take regularly at night before sleeping. Equal amount of 3 items. Badam, khari sakar (small pieces) n Soamf. Powder all 3 items together n take this mixture at night. Then drink milk or water. Within a year u will see improvement. U have helped me a lot in return a small favor for u

Only one negative: overdose over a long period of time can cause liver problems. Else its safe.
